The Couples Resort was referred to us by a co-worker who became a repeat guest. It was a birthday as well as a 10yr anniversary that we came to celebrate. From the moment we arrived we were overwhelmed by the room with the wood burning fireplace and Jacuzzi and especially the dining room . We tried everything on the menu for breakfast and dinner and were very satisfied. The servers in the dining room were all excellent and really enjoyed their job. We played pool and shuffle board in the evening or went for walks. We used the exercise room and sauna and also went snowshoeing in Algonquin Park. We both really enjoyed our stay and definitely will become repeat guests. We highly recommend a stay at the resort. J & K Jan 15/2012 |

We had not heard about the Couples Resort until an acquaintance filled us in, then once we shared what we were planning - we found more people who adored it and had nothing but great things to say. This was encouraging and the glowing recommendations were just the tip of the ice berg!!
WOW! Words can't describe what a fabulous weekend we had. We arrived early on Friday to a warm reception and the key to our room. We were blown away with the grandeur, romance and decor. The 5 course got 5 stars in our books! Charity did a wonderful job explaining what we were about to experience, Derek suggested some favourites and encouraged us to seek some guidance in wine selection. Everything was far above our expectations.

We just returned from the couples resort and all we have to say is that this is a amazing get away to just spend time together, it is nice and quiet there, great food, friendly staff, the rooms are really nice with even the lowest grade of rooms having a jacuzzi tub in the room as well as a real wood burning fireplace. We truly enjoyed our time here and will probably return in the future.

We went to the Couples Resort for our honeymoon in July 2010, and it was so amazing we can't wait to come back! The staff was courteous and kind, kept our room clean and well stocked with firewood. The jacuzzi was great, and the food was fantastic! We were so happy with the Couples Resort that we keep talking about it to our friends and family. We had the Chateau Helice, and still remember it to this day. We loved the sauna, the room, everything! It was superb, and we would tell anyone to go! :) Arron Stritesky |

We just came back from this resort, and we both have never done anything like this before, it was the best trip we have ever had together.This trip made us so much closer as a couple it was unbelievable. The service was amazing we went into the trip thinking there was only one night dinner and one breakfast with the trip but. NO we got all 3 nights dinner and 3 breakfasts. we honestly have nothing to complain about its been 5 days since we have been home and are already planning our vacation back. most wonderful amazing relaxing place to be. We just came back form the Couples Resort after celebrating our 1-st wedding anniversary there .We had a amazing time, indulging in all the activities like horse back riding, sweating in the steam room , sauna and relaxing in the jacuzzi.We stayed in the Andromeda spa villa and really loved the accommodation.The food was really delicious and staff really professional and friendly.We would most defiantly come back and also recommend this place to friends.INKA and SEBASTIEN from Oakville Inka Vayrette |

My husband and I stayed at the resort October 24th and 25th for an early 21st anniversary get away. It was totally relaxing and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We just got back from a one night stay at the Couple Resort in Whitney On., just wanted to express our gratitude to staying with your resort, we had a breath taking experience and the room was very romantic, the jacuzzi,fireplace and the balcony with the lounges was very relaxing. Both My wife and I will be back for another stay. Next time it will be more than one night stay. absolutely a place to spark your Love!

My husband and I found CR a few years back and spent 4 amazing days there. We have recommended it to several friends and they too have experienced the pampering of CR. It is our own little get-away from a hectic life that helps us rejuvenate, rekindle and relax. It truly is a little utopia amongst the Algonquin Park setting. My husband and I went to the Couples Resort on our Honeymoon for a week on September 26th, 2011. We have 3 teenagers at home and we never knew people could be so relaxed!! :-) The hot tub on our balcony was so wonderful, the fireplace and the incredible meals made it a vacation we will not forget. We booked this vacation to celebrate our 7th Anniversary together. The resort was perfect!!!! It was just an amazing time!!! Next time we will be booking for 3 nights instead of just 2. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who is considering going. The drive up north is beautiful as well. Yvonne and Chris |

We arrived home this afternoon after spending our 25th anniversary at the resort, and we couldn't have asked for more.
We spent a night there a few years ago and thought it would be the perfect place to spend our silver anniversary. It was PERFECT!
Our room was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff were warm, inviting and exceptional!
There are so many staff we'd like to thank for their help, cheerfulness, professionalism...and so much more! They're the kind of top-notch people who are instrumental in making the resort the high quality get-away that it's become.
Our first stay a few years ago was for one night. This time was two nights. Next year we will stay longer to take even fuller advantage of more of the activities and services offered.
We'd like to thank the staff so much for their great service - but more than that - how sincere they all are ensuring that we had a memorable stay.
