  • 33% related to poor service and rude staff
  • 16 % related to poorly maintained property
  • 11 % related to cleanliness and health issues.

Interestingly, these were not inferior resorts

  • 85% of the complaints were at hotels highly rated by the experts. So what gives?

Some complaints had a too-high expectations. After a tiring flight, couples got a room with two double beds.
